Little Sister's Dolls Squash Bake

Casseroles Level of Difficulty: Easy A good hearty casserole, full of color and a wonderful splash of tastes

Ingredients:

1 Can cream of celery soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 2 - 3 oz sliced pepperoni 3 medium - large yellow squash -sliced 1 large zucchini - sliced 1 medium onion, diced 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese - shredded 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese - shredded 1 package Stove Top dressing mix

Mixing Instructions:

Combine both cans of soup, squashes, onions and 1/2 the cheeses and pepperoni into a 9x13 baking dish

Cooking Instructions:

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes After 45 minutes, prepare dressing mix and spoon onto top of casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheeses and pepperoni on top Bake for 15 minutes more

Serving Suggestions:

My family loves this with our Thanksgiving spread - it goes great with turkey and all the fixins  :)

As you can tell from the ingredients, this is NOT a low fat dish!
